Is there a warranty on your products?
Absolutely!
All of our custom-made and production jewelry comes with a complimentary 2-year warranty. This covers any issues outside of normal wear and tear. Additionally, we provide lifetime service for wear and tear at significantly reduced rates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide*. Shipping fees will be calculated and added at checkout. For more information, please see our shipping policy.
*Some exceptions apply. We reserve the right to decline shipping to locations deemed higher risk.
When will my order be shipped?
The processing time varies depending on the item you've purchased.
Ready-made items typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Made-to-order items usually take 2-5 business days.
Custom-made pieces require 2-4 weeks, depending on materials and the season.
If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please reach out to us at contact@avithegemguy.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline and inform you if it’s not feasible.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do! You are eligible for a full refund* if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You can use any courier for the return, and signature confirmation is optional. To start a return, please email us at contact@avithegemguy.com. We will send you a packing slip and return instructions, which must be included in the return package to ensure proper processing.

Can I pay in installments?
When you check out with Shop Pay, you have the choice to pay in full or in installments. By selecting installments, you can divide your purchase into flexible payment plans.* The first payment is due at the time of purchase.
