Buying a loose gemstone

Short answers to what people ask before buying a stone online.

How is it graded?

Every stone is examined by a gemologist and, where noted, backed by an independent lab report. The listing shows weight, measurements, origin and treatment.

Can I set it?

Yes. Choose any loose stone and start a custom ring, pendant or earrings around it. You approve a design before anything is made.
